AirTel provide this service to postpaid customers only. It is not available for Airtel prepaid customers. If you have JIO, you can easily configure and connect even on prepaid connection.

Works for airtel postpaid. Also, one would need specific mobile phones too like Samsung, OnePlus. You can google about supported handsets too.

I have performed all basic steps, reset the phone and visiting the carrier customer service. I have also tried with different Samsung model phones

On the forums in the internet , I find that this particular model has a problem with Airtel only. I do not know who will address this. I really have spent lot of manhours on this

As suggested by you I contacted the Samsung service centre. They inform me that this watch has no problems with JIO network and they will have to check up with back end for any known issues with airtel.

I switched over from apple eco system to Samsung recently and am really surprised that this could happen to the biggest brand.

I would be happy to have a simple solution for this with out running around. It would be good for the brand also if this issue gets solved.

Following is the error message

Model number

SM-F7310

SM-R865F

Watch EID

Galaxy Wearable version

2.2.11.23092251

Software version
