Error while activating airtel data plan on Watch 6 LTE

I had apple watch earlier, airtel data plan was working fine there. Now switched to Samsung watch 6 and Samsung S23+, every time when I try to activate the data plan I get "Oops something went wrong error", I called airtel multiple times, they says they have cleared the backend data but it is not helping.

Visited Airtel shop too, they simply raised a SR to backend team and backend team simply closed the SR without resolving.

Is there anyone with a proper solution. Just bought a Watch and now I'm struggling to connect the watch to a network

I'm unable to setup airtel data plan on watch 6 LTE, it pauses at the above screen or otherwise it's throwing error 4001. Kindly help to resolve..

Hi Everyone,

Airtel Prepaid does not work on Samsung LTE watch. You will have to switch to either postpaid or switch to Jio as it works on Jio Prepaid. Hope this helps
