Did Samsung Fix and Resolve Galaxy Buds 3 Pro all issue ?

At the time of launch I bought galaxy buds 3 Pro and facing quality control issues, including ear tip breakage, uneven seams, and uneven LED brightness. 

Some Time I'm face connecting issue 😕😞 so after big fights with Samsung and do many chat arguments nothing happen ....I give conpliant against Samsung in consumer rights as per their instructions I got refund. I never believed that as a S24 Ultra user 

After 9 months again I plan to buy galaxy buds 3 Pro ....my decision is correct ? Can I buy ? They fix and resolve all issue permanently? Can I trust 

Please Advise

Ear tips is the same..you have to decide which one of those ear tips is the correct fit for you and then stick with it..dont try to detach and attach it frequently or you risk tearing the ear tips..rest everything is perfect..i dont face any other issues
