I have been facing issue with clarity of sound when listening to music while on my walks or at the gym. This happens only when I use activity app (strava/ runkeeper) during announcement at each milestone. At the time of announcement, the music dims so as to ensure the announcement is heard.

At this time there is a hissing sound at the end of each word, during the announcement. This is really irritating and happens only on the LHS earbud.

Not sure how to resolve this and any help to resolve this is highly appreciated.

BTW, The Buds Pro is paired to Samsung Galaxy Ultra.

Kindly you may need to reset your Galaxy buds as below:
-Make sure that your Galaxy Buds is fully charged. Be sure to charge it using the charging case for at least 10 minutes.
-On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
-Scroll down and tap About earbuds.
-Tap Reset earbuds.
-Tap Reset to confirm.

Moreover, you may try to reset your network settings to its factory default settings. From Home screen, tap Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Note: This will erase all network settings, including those for: Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth.

In addition, try to clear the Bluetooth cache and data, From Home screen, tap Settings > Apps > Tap options (three dots in the upper-right corner) > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache/Data.

Also, you can kindly try to do the below steps to solve your issue:

-Settings
-Apps
-from the top right menu choose Show system apps
-Samsung Wearable
-Storage
-Clear cache & Clear data

If the issue still exists, kindly visit Samsung service center

Tried everything... Albeit differently considering the objectives as mentioned in the above post. The difference is that the hissing noise on the voice prompt is now in bother the ears.
