Everytime I try to sleep on my side, usually one of the earbuds gets disconnected and to turn it on again, I have to remove it and put it back in the ear. This is really frustrating when watching content on my phone. Not really sure if this is a a bug or a feature that I can turn off. Nevertheless feels like a deal-breaker to not buy galaxy buds in future.

It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Galaxy Buds, particularly when sleeping on your side. This is likely due to the way you're wearing the earbuds or the Bluetooth connection range.

Here are some potential solutions to resolve the issue:

- *Check the fit*: Ensure the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears. If they're not seated correctly, it can cause connectivity problems.
- *Bluetooth range*: Keep your phone and earbuds within 30 feet of each other to maintain a stable connection. Physical obstructions like walls or electrical equipment can also disrupt the signal.
- *Software updates*: Verify that your earbuds' software is up-to-date, as outdated software can cause connectivity issues. You can check for updates through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- *Battery level*: Low battery levels can cause disconnections. Check the battery level of your earbuds and charge them if necessary.
- *Reset the earbuds*: If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds. This will restore them to their factory settings.

If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with your earbuds. You may want to consider contacting Samsung support or visiting a service center for further assistance.

Buds2 and Buds2 pro are better than Buds3 pro. I use buds2 from last 2 years the best device. Update your buds or show it to samsung care
