3. 'Always On Display' और 'LTE' सेटिंग्स:

WearablesDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query regarding the battery drain issue. we would share some troubleshooting steps that might help you solve your issue.
There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life.
For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption.
Inspect the watch and charger for physical or liquid damage.
Use only Samsung-approved chargers and accessories, which are specifically designed for the device. The Watch cannot be charged properly with a third-party charger.
Follow the given tips to resolve the battery draining issue:
1: Perform a diagnostic-
If your watch is paired with a Samsung phone, you can use Samsung Members to perform a diagnostic on your watch battery. If it passes the test, you'll know the battery is in good condition.
2: Update your apps
Sometimes apps may have a bug that causes them to use excessive battery, make sure all your apps are up to date for the best performance.
3: Turn off unused health trackers
Sleep: Tap Settings at the bottom of the menu, turn the switch off, and then tap OK to confirm.
Heart rate: Tap Auto HR Settings from the bottom of the menu, and then tap Never.
Stress: Tap Auto stress settings from the bottom of the menu, and then turn the switch off.
4: Delete data and close background apps
Note: These steps do not apply to the Galaxy Fit.
From your phone:
Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings or the SETTINGS tab > About watch or About Gear > Storage > CLEAN NOW, > tap the Back (<) icon > RAM > CLEAN NOW.
5: Turn off network connections
6: Turn off Watch always on
7: Turn off voice wake-up in Bixby or Google Assistant
8: Customize your notification settings
From your phone- Galaxy Wearable app >Watch settings or the SETTINGS tab > Notifications > Advanced notification settings > switches > Show with details and Turn on screen.
9: Turn on power saving mode
Press the Home key (Power key) on your watch, > Settings > Battery and device care > Battery or Battery management > switch next to Power saving.
10: Do not expose your watch to temperature extremes
Exposing your watch to very cold or very hot temperatures can shorten the watch's battery life and could lead to damage.
In case the issue still occurs, please share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
Samsung Members Application(Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
