J7 prime Charging Issue!

Hello SAMSUNG... this is to inform you that there is an charging issue which i'v been facing since 2weeks. No doubt battery backup is good but it takes a couple of hours to get boost up the battery % after the latest software upgradation package.. soon i need a solution team Samsung... help me out.
