Galaxy A31 received the security patch on December. As this phone gets quarterly security updates, it should get the next one in March.

Well, this phone doesn't get a monthly security update. Otherwise it would've recieved security patch on January. I don't know when your phone recieved the November security patch, but mine got it on 17th December. So, by my calculation the next update is going to be on March.
