saprate contact list/app

I want a feature that allows apps to have their own contact list, there are many apps which take contact permission and won't run without those permission suppose we don't want to give them contact permission so there should an option that it may have access to saprate contact list gerated specifically for this app/ or genrate a fake contact list for that app

Most of the Apps take the contact permission from your Gmail account , not from your phone.

while using dual messenger we're able to use saprate contact list so I just want this feature for every app, without cloning.
