Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

> perform the clear cache of app ( settings>>apps>>notes app >>storage>>clear cache).

> perform reset app prefrences (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

> perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
