Often my m30s device restart. Even I switched the auto optimization  off . These problems were only after the new update on 2020 the may 1 security patch level update please some suggestions

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I'm also facing this same problem over a month. i gave it to service center even they don't know the reason for this issue. atlast they give my device back and don't use mobile data or WiFi networks use your device only for incoming and outgoing call, even that time also it will be restart again and again. after that update only facing this issue. still not resolved 😭😭😭

i already did everything bro. infact i gave it to service center they tried to resolve over a month. i too gave time coz of this lockdown situation but atlast they are also didn't know that how to resolve???? what can we do now???
