proximity sensor issue

when I enter *#0*#, there is no proximity sensor shows in sensor box........but when I press *#77692# proximity sensor works temporarily......so what can I do to enable it permnently?

By the following ways you can:-

1)go to call settings
2) Incoming call settings
3)Turn on proximity sensor.

and then you will have permanent proximity sensor and if still not fixed then just do a soft restart..

there is no option for proximity sensor...... ans also factory data reset have done..... but it still not working properly

ok last thing you do,
1)clear data of phone app
2)disable the phone and then enable it
