Given my M21 to ASC for voice call drop and internal vibration issue. Samsung ASC kept it for nearly 7 days with them and as expected, found nothing wrong with the handset despite the case referred to Samsung..!! They even not bothered about the inherent internal vibration noise...??
Further, handset receievd back, under protest, with updates OS as One UI 3.0 which is more irritating.
Proximity sensor misbehaving, cumbersome UI for calling and other functions.
Calls continue to drop, call voice keeps breaking during calls, internal vibration remains as it is and now SIM2 performance had deteriorated. Call don't connect, SMS exchanges is delayed....!!!
What next SAMSUNG...???
VISITING YOUR USELESS ASC again, some different one may be this time..
