I find that most Samsung phones have a heating issue which leads to frequent rebooting 

Some incompatibility issues with the hardware, I believe 

Mine is an a50s, which conked out in 10 months, no damage issues as far as I know

It is very bad for Samsung's image

The service centre and even the top management team had a very holier than thou attitude towards this problem, prompting me to conider switching over to another more customer friendly brand

All the hanging issues well documented through the app many times with data logs

I am also facing similar issue and Samsung doesn't care about customers they just want to sell their products

the heating issue is generally caused by overload on processor.
