Help me out!!! I live in Telangana, India. YouTube recently lifted up the quality restriction but still my phone stuck up at 480p. Any suggestions? Thank you! #note9 #youtube #480p

If I am not wrong then 1080p videos can be viewed only if you're connected to wifi. Else with mobile internet, you'll be stuck with 480p

yes this is because of government instructions due to this covid-19 to control web traffic

1080p is only available if you connected to Wifi.
It is still restricted to 480p on Mobile Networks.
