network problem in galaxy M31

Iam using Vodafone sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.

Same issue here, I'm using an airtel sim with my M31, but the data speed is utterly disappointing, also sometimes had to struggle for outgoing calls, it may not a software problem rather a hardware issue. Samsung should address the issues once for all. I don't want to end up losing faith in Samsung phones.

It is working fince since, I've deactivate other sim in sim manager. You will have to treat it as a single sim device. 😔

I constantly get the notification of insert sim card even though my sim is placed properly.

i am also getting this issue, since twice visited service centre and no use... i very bad exprience with samsung with this mobile. No solution as on now.....
