network problem in galaxy M31

Iam using Vodafone sim in mobile..this is the fastest 4G network in my area..after starts to use this mobile, iam facing network problem very badly while others getting good network speed in the same network ..i tested my sim with other mobile and internet is very fast in my sim.The problem is not only in mobile data speed,but also in WiFi internet speed..while othe mobile the wifi is getting with full speed.. But my mobile (m31) is not Accessing that much internet speed.. Even I'd reset my phone phone twice...but no use of it.

M31 mobile is not  receiving  internet  signals. My old redirect mobile is better. I regret buying Samsung phone

Same problem... this phone is working only in LTE if I go for 2g and 3g network it is not working...when I used airtel sim and go for another mobile it is working in 2g 3g and 4g but it doesn't support 2g and 3g network..although I kept (2g 3g 4g  LTE AUTO CONNECT) When I go to samsung care they said it is a sim problem but when I used this same sim in another's set it Is good working..

Same issue happening here also. I am ok with samsung until and unless they are providing me some good reason behind it. I dont know what is happening that internet suddenly goes off and then come back after several minutes. while the sim is running fine on my other phone(obviously have to buy other cant trust samsung).

we are in the era where technologies are making advancements and here we are talking about network connectivity issues. Even the jio phone have better connectivity then this. LOL

I did this for my GF who bought this phone on my recommendation and now i feel guilty for asking her to buy this as this is the most F****D up phone ever!

Goto Play Store and download this app called 4G only network,

Skips adds

Goto SET PREFERRED NETWORK TYPES

Choose LTE only

Wait for a few seconds

At the bottom click on Refresh if there is any error

Go back to Settings - Connections - Sim Card Manager  click on your sim card and check if it shows LTE only.

This should solve your issue and 4G should start working properly.

This worked for my GF so I posted this here.

P.S. - Samsung better come up with a solution soon. People are getting pissed off. If you don't want your sales to crash on the low and mid end variant phones in India, Do SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

This is bakwas mobile not supporting 4g speed and this is problem.company should acknowledge and resolve this asap
