Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Apologies for the delay in response. However, understanding the criticality of the situation; we had to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our employees which led to the delay in response.
Hope your issue is resolved. In case the issue still persists please follow the below mentioned steps, to resolve "slow and lagging issue".
1) Check app cache:-Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application:-Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
2) Check device in Safe Mode:-Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears>Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
3) Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings>General Management>Reset.
To resolve "charging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
2)Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc:-Turn off unused functions like Wi-fi, GPS, Bluetooth & Location settings when not using them.
Steps are:-Swipe down the notification panel>Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
3)Close background running apps-When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device.
4)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
