front camera isn't work properly

When i do video call to someone ,the front camera is not focusing on face. Focus does not work.

So please give me right reason about this problem.

Or its not a 16 mp camera. 

Tell me the truth, answer me soon.

Try wide mode(front camera,if available) and check once again..

Also,clean camera lens properly..

in a video call..there is no option of wide angle

If you think, this is focus issue..then visit service center..
or
ek baar, reset camera to default settings and try again
