Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Both devices should be under the Bluetooth range.
2- Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier.
3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
4- Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings).

5-Go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Data > Clear Cache.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
