__this is a post about the auto-restart problem .. so we can share the link to the post. to those who are reporting for the same and want to know about it.

Auto restart or motherboard failure issue has became a pandemic in samsung devics. Many people are facing this issue. I also have faced it. this is because of a bad type of processor that samsung used in thier budget phones. not even only with budget .. but also with mid-range phones and others. And also because of updates. 
but it doesn't mean that all phones has this issue. Please understand the difference between "All" and "some".
This is seen basically Exynos 9611 based devices faced this issue. But No. Others processor based devices also faced this issue. Because A52 is also one of them which is snapdragon based phone.
Mostly 'M' series is affected with this.. but this issue is spreaded in other series too... because sometimes 'A' , 'F' , series users also reported about it. and even other series too. Like 'Note' series...

So here are few things about this issue.


What is the exact problem..?
Firstly, phone works very good. 
But after,.. it starts hanging.. and even auto-restart. phone stops working and hangs, ..after 5 to 10 minutes it auto shut-downs, ..after 5 to 10 minutes auto opens, then works fine just for some time,... but but but.... it happens again.
in starting, such happens only maximum 5 times a day.
but slowly slowly phone do the same.. 5 to 20 times in a day.
and this is not enough.
After sometimes .. when phone auto-restart.. it starts taking time... more time in hanging and more time in shut down and re-open.
And at last a time come when phone fully stops...and shut down.. even after some time phone don't open.. but/and then it automatically try to switch On...but at that time it stucks on boot logo... it completes whole day but the logo never goes....

I tried to let the battery down.. that took whole day. phone shut-downs. and then I pluged-in the charger in phone. then phone shows only charging status not percentage .. and still phone don't open.
And then that charging status also goes.

😔... that means phone is dead.
Hence I named this problem "Heartattack"

many people went through the whole process. and some people saved in the middle.

Cause -
Bad chipset and.. and bad softwares made by samsung. 

but actually no one knows the real reason, that why this happen just after the updates. how an update can defect the motherboard. and so/then why it happens only with some devices not with all.
strange....
 
*sometimes, not necessarily just after the update, device damaged.., without an update device also can get this issue.


(Only according to me..)
This is same like, when sometimes our pc hangs and restarts. It happens when PSU wires are loose or damaged, ram incorrectly inserted or damaged, processors incorrectly jointed or has got dust in joints/points or got damaged. 
Then by checking and clearing dust and reconnecting the wires properly or replacingthe parts... Pc starts working fine. 

And in phones.. over heating.. damage processor joints/points with motherboard. Or the processor. And then phone keep on try to restart but never success because of damaged connections with processor. It keep on try Untill it reached its end point when joints completely damaged.

Samsung service center view on this-
actually it happened with me in.... October 2021.

I went to service center and asked my phone is blah blah ( told about this issue ).. 
and they asked me to pay the fee of 200rs. for checking. I agreed. (but a thing to think is if we have to pay even only for checking.. then what is the use of the name using 'samsung' in service center.. but leave this.. i don't wana talk about it here ).
the same time a lady was also complaining something like this in the service center.
 

I gave them my phone for checking and came home. next day I again visited at the center.. and they told me ..."Motherboard problem" .. need to replace.. (costs 5500rs.)
I asked them why it happened.. I did nothing .. it stopped working by itself ... realy i did not anything with it. 
there was no good response by their side.... and was trying to cut the talks ..but was also trying to say with a low voice (like whispering.. even i couldn't hear that).... 
and they said (with lot of innocence,... as they don't know anything).... "there are many possible reasons, sir"....
What... ?? ....
I came out .. with my phone .. and went to a shop in Market... and repaired from him in 2500rs. (i dont know what he repaired ..but phone is working) but ..he was saying somthing about "CPU". .

Solutions - 
Sorry... actually there is no fixed solution for this.
but..
- for some it fixed automatically after sometime.
- for some reset worked.
- for some by reinstalling the software.
- and for all by replacing the motherboard.
(Price varies with different devices, and with ram/storage.. but minimum is 4500rs.)

- and for me by repairing the motherboard from market.. in 2500rs.

(Scene at the repairing shop)
That repairing shop was biggest repairing shop in city.. all devices from other shops also come there to repair. 
I showed my phone to him.. he said this problem is normal nowadays in this (samsung) devices.
He asked me repairing in 1000rs... but that may not last life long.. so he adviced me to replace the cpu in 2500rs. Actually i couldn't understand exactly what he said. He assured me that device will be Okay..just believe us. So I agreed on it.
So, i don't know exactly what the repairman repaired or replaced.. but/perhaps , that was , cpu reballing or cpu replacement. 
And now my device is working fine.🙂

( it cant be done from service center ,as service center has no knowledge of anything,... 
It can only be done from a realy big repairing shop , not from little repairing shops)

Somethings not to hope about...
No Next Update will solve the problem. Because, till next update device must be alive. And every software update take minimum 6 months time. So it is waste to hope for that. As device will die in just days.
Clear data, clear cache, clear ram, reset, etc. Are stupid methods.. that won't do anything.

many people will say do this and do this blah blah..
but this problem is not to be solved with itself. 
"No Any Trick Played By Our Side Can Solve This Problem"
but/so you can try that ways.. hope that may work.

In short,
First take a backup as Quick as possible. So you dont lose any data.
and
 
please contact service center and replace the motherboard. Or repair it.

it says that contact the CEO , then samsung will provide u free motherboard. u can try this too. hope may work. (but i didn't tried it, bcz my device out of warranty and already markit open)..

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).

tap on clean completely.....

contact service center. or,
if any big repairing shop is near around you in the markit, contact them..

sorry but no way to solve this problem by our side.
