J series is the worst series didn't get any new update & features and also samsung is useless they only give two major update what a shit is this 

We really want to try the new android 11 or 12 update with one UI 3 but for all of this we have to buy supported device

Policy is only for 2 major and some security updates, so you can't blame company for that,
When you bought phone, in terms and policies, this thing is clearly mentioned that how many major upgrade will device received.

If you arent satisfied with samsung you may leave the ecosystem. J series is a discontinued series. It will only get patch updates sometime. Will not get android 11 update. Be happy with what you have.
