If the smartview can't worked,Then you've to do few steps;

Step 1:Scroll the notification pannel.

Step 2:Press the smart view icon

Step 3:And you see the more icon.

Step 4:Press the more icon.

Step 5:Go to settings.

Step 6:Press (About Smart View)

Step 7:Press the i icon on the right corner.

Step 8:Press the force stop button.
