I submitted my laptop for heating issue before 3 months .
Shajin samsung india south rejion heads says that system setting is third party software and pretends to fool customers.
Dont fall into the trap of galaxy ai or ecosystem its wery worse in product quality and customer service.
Ssd temperature goes more than operating temperature stated in product specification.
Laptops ssd heat rises more than 80°c
At first time visit service center doesnt take proper report.
They took temperature report by playing youtube video in laptop. Nearly doors open ac room so temperature report is invalid.
But they misleaded me with this report taken in head office the head office agent diwaharmuthu me to set room temperature to 25°c i asked him for that i need to cover sun in an blanket.
And misleaded me like 1 month with false report.
Now they took somewhat proper report and send to head office again after 3 months.
In that report it clearly contains information about ssd temperature using hw monitor software and system settings app.
So now what they are saying is hw monitor is an third party software and we dont accept it.
Also, i asked them how your going to check ssd temperature to them . They said we have no official option.
So also i talked about system settings app and they say it also as third party app.💥
The proplem is samsung well planned and used an ssd from ssstc company (not samsung ssd)
The ssd from ssstc doesnt even has diagonising software. Whereas, samsung ssd has samsung magician software for diagonising ssd.
So now the only available way to check the ssd temperature is system settings but samsung head office agent shagin messed up and not intrested to hear my words. And he simply denies.
At conclusion im sure that samsung india will loose the sales in south region as this kind of worst customer experience is existing and there is no proper laptop technician in south region.

Dont buy any single samsung laptops as they dont have technicians and they play with customers patience and causing mental agony.
