I found a news article claiming according to survey result 'user wants to switch to oneplus form Samsung.

What could be the reason ?

Cause oneplus takes responsibility for their mistakes. And provide good after sale service. As it's a growing brand they can't risk to ignore some customers as big players like apple and samsung do.

And these no. Won't be effecting samsung (not yet) because there sales are growing every year.

One plus user got their display either replaced for free or got buyback option from company for green line display issues. Due to their prompt support user might be shifting to one plus.

Reason only for after sales support from oneplus. Samsung cheaply treated their consumers on after sales support &they charges morethan 65% of original value of phones display replacements.

Yeah Software is superb 👌 but after sells very poor service.
