S24 Ultra Battery Performance/Heating Issues

Hey Everyone,

I have bought a new S24 Ultra. After using it for almost a week I observed that it's battery is draining very fast. Moreover it is charging very slow even with 45W charger. But that was not the case before 1st week of usage. It was charging very quickly and was giving good battery backup. Now it has some heating issues as well. I am not sure what could be the possible reason for that. Can anyone please suggest me if this is same for everyone else or what could be the solution to fix this. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Did you try resetting your device? If the issue still persists then please visit the service center

For battery drain issue we want to inform you that when you initially use the terminal, the battery consumption may be rapid due to learning battery usage patterns and application of performance optimization. It will stabilize after a certain period, but if you still have problems, kindly visit a service center.
