They said to recommend them suggestions regarding improving there products.

But the customers are asking for

• Carrier aggregation 
• Good lock support
• Always on Display 
• Secure Folder 
• Link Sharing 
• Inbuilt Screen Recorder 
• Bugs improvements 
• Screen flickering solution and many more.

Yes, Good Lock, AOD and Screen Recording were important but they didn't give these features. And also Bixby Routines, Samsung should listen their users. 🤔🤔🤔

They should give direct casting of all apps to the TV without any restrictions. No point downloading apps and tuning them.
