My A33 UI 6.1 is not responding suddenly stop working media not playing video offline, online both

What we can do Fix my problem ASAP

does restart helps 🤔 my a33 has totally screen response issue , i can't even unlock my phone but after restart using mouse it is working okey.

Yes this major issue in A33 because sometimes my cellphone also touch not working properly 😑 😒
