If all the smartphone of Samsung ranging from 21,000 onwards would have IP rating than it would be a great choice for people to buy them. I have observed that many people suggest that of using snapdragon over exynos, bcs snapdragon are reliable. 

I would like Samsung to work more on camera operations.

Ip rating makes phone more reliable to be more precise bcs u can use phone in water and dusty area

You can use any phone in dusty area and it won't cause issues, and its not at all recommended to use phones under water, not even IP68 rated ones, because those are just water resistant and not waterproof.

That's false I have used one of my phone in fresh water while recording video. Why do people prefer iPhone or oneplus. Bcs they have IP ratings and they also work they don't have a false component in phone. I don't know what are u thinking and telling thus to me that we can use any phone in water and IP rated phones are fitting false components that's rubbish. Pls think.

Even Samsung flagships have IP rating, and can be used under water, but its not recommended at all to do so, you didn't have any problem, that doesn't mean that its completely safe to use phones under water. IP rated devices can also get damaged from water and liquid.

That's not true IP rated phones work even after getting wet. I have experienced it in iPhone xr. But when I used not 10 lite which was 40000 at the time of launch and went to shoot video in water it stopped working. What do you say about it

Even note 10 lite is a flagship phone and I bought it in 40000 it did not have IP rating but in same range of iPhone se or oneplus they have IP rating

Note 10 Lite is not a flagship device, its a premium device.
