Single finger touch not working on S20 Ultra

Any ideas on how to re-enable single finger touch on my S20 Ultra. Tried restarting it nothing happened.  Restarted it in safe mode nothing happened. Reset the application settings nothing happened. Any other suggestions.

thank you disabled Bixby vision and it started working again. No clue what the correlation is but thankful.that it started working.

glad that i am able to help now mark my comment as solution as well , see the Bixby vision is the main culprit behind this even I also faced the same problem
