My Samsung f23 5g was working fine till few weeks back. I performed software update since then my phone is not working properly. Initially, it went on restarting till battery exhausted. Then after a charge it was operative but connectivity functionalities like WIFI, Hotspot and Bluetooth was not working. I visited nearest service center. They asked me to take backup and give it for software update. I did same but issue not resolved. Now, they are asking me to replace motherboard costing 9k which is higher than cost of phone. @samsung why issue arise after software update.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
