How I stop photo clicked sound without doing my phone to "Mute"?(and forgetting to reverse that and not answering any calls)

Simply reduce the system sound from the sound control

No, dear... media sound needs to be decreased, not the system sound...

You are right. "System" volume slider have sound.
If camera app in build toggle switch for that could be much better.
