Tech TalkMy S20 plus has same issue of green line in center of the screen aince last 2 days. No reply from Samsung. Has anyone got the screen replaced for free. If yes please inform how so i get the same. My warranty period is over. My phone is just 16 months old. Bought at 70k INR

Tech TalkI am a student, My parents bought me a new S20 in October 2020 for 43k and I never dropped my phone there is like zero external damage to the phone, the phone had so many issues like battery drain over, overheating, And
Now suddenly after 1 year 9 months after buying the phone in July 2022 update, I saw horizontal black lines running through the phone screen. and one day suddenly the screen got white, I immediately rushed to the Samsung service center & there was no proper management in the center. they are asking 16k to replace the screen. and as a student how should I pay 16k for the problem I didn't do? And i haven't told my parents yet.
