Since 18 Jun 20 my Samsung home theater HT-J5550K, keeps cycling on/off whenever plugged in. Tried to reset by pressing stop button for 8 sec of remote. But nothing solved it. So my people facing same issue in other parts of world, checked in US and EU Samsung communities. They are facing it with HOME CINEMA, DVD, BLUE RAY PLAYER, HOME THEATER of Samsung. This issue starts since last week... Waiting for resolution fromS Samsung. You can check what people are saying  in us Samsung community in blow address.

I am also facing the same issue, contacted their customer care engineer declared it as motherboard failure, and telling that motherboard is not available. In short, the system becomes dead because of Samsung failure.

Initial I also agreed to replace the board, But now after doing a fair search on the internet pretty confident that is has done by Samsung and why we should pay for this.

#SAMSUNG please give solution

Already registered the complaint, Written to CEO desk as well. But nobody is acknowledging the actual issue.

same issue and when I took it to Samsung they said mother board has to be replaced and would cost 6,500 INR ($100). I will try and get it repaired out side. if it doesn't work then have to pay that money and get it repaired. this is absolutely frustrating. not going to buy another Samsung blu ray ever.
