I am one of the many users who is facing this issue. Samsung customer care is helpless as they don't acknowledge the issue and is happening in other parts of the world. 

 

I had a call with Samsung customer care supervisor and she advised to change the entire system. This is ridiculous from Samsung. At least Samsung should acknowledge the issue first.

This is how they treat people in India. I am also getting headache after explaining same things again and again

Facing exactly same issue here since 20 June. As per Samsung India Support they don't know about it. They did not get mass reporting for this issue in India, So cannot take it their problem. Globally people are facing this issue  but they don't know. This is really ridiculous.
