Tech TalkI am one of the many users who is facing this issue. Samsung customer care is helpless as they don't acknowledge the issue and is happening in other parts of the world.
I had a call with Samsung customer care supervisor and she advised to change the entire system. This is ridiculous from Samsung. At least Samsung should acknowledge the issue first.

Tech TalkFacing exactly same issue here since 20 June. As per Samsung India Support they don't know about it. They did not get mass reporting for this issue in India, So cannot take it their problem. Globally people are facing this issue but they don't know. This is really ridiculous.
