Tech TalkThis post is to understand how the fast charging on Samsung phone's works
I want to clarify from the start that your 15 watts or 25 watts charger's full power output is not drawn all the time.
It's is like when your battery is at a lower percentage the phone gets charged quicker and gradually as the percentage increases the actual watts that is being supplied to your phone decreases.
But that is for Samsung battery optimization software to decide at what watts to charge and it also depending on your Phone's Temperature.
Anyways there are tools like "DevCheck" & "Ampere" to check the current charging watts and Amps.
I won't be sharing any test results of charging speed because I don't have the Samsung's original cable, also Samsung's optimization and Phone's temps are different. (It should give accurate result if your phone's temps is lower then 20 degree Celsius)
Now, let's understand how Samsung indicate that your phone is being Slow Charged, Fast charged, or Super Fast Charged.
IMPORTANT: For verifying the correct charging state. Goto Settings app -> Battery and there you see a text saying "Slow Charging", "Charging", "Fast Charging", "Super Fast Charging" just below the charging indicator.
15 watts Adaptor + Original 3A Cable = Fast Charging (I was using a Third party cable from Portronics Type A to Type C. And I was getting 4 watts (constantly) but with new original cable I got around 11 watts when I tested in it a nearby store)
25 watts Adaptor + Original 5A Cable = Super Fast Charging (I decided to buy the 25 watts GaN charger but I didn't got 25 watts of output anyways maybe because I was using third party cable (I don't remember the exact watts but the charging speed is acceptable for the price and durability maybe if someone wants to know I will share the screenshot of DevCheck later) from Anker 333 and Amazon basics 1 meter type c to type c cable only because Samsung original cables are:
1. Expensive
2. They are not nylon braided making them easier to break
3. Reviews tell that break after using few months
Here, are some fixes you can apply:
1. Make sure to use a Original Samsung Adaptor and avoiding any third party adaptor just for your own safety.
2. Make sure to clean your phone's charging port if you're facing any charging related issue and you can even do this regularly (~6 months or so for smooth charging and more frequently if you keep your phone in a dusty place)
You can use a plaint brush and needle (carefully) to clean the charging port. Just make sure to shutdown your phone before cleaning (Be gentle while cleaning).
3. If your phone is being Slow Charged then it probably means that your charging cable is broken. So, try replacing it with new Original one or go with any reputed brands like Anker (which provides fast charging support for both Samsung & iPhone. So, you are covered both way for the future or incase someone else with iPhone wanna use your charger).
4. If you're still facing the same issue it could be because of you're charging adaptor is damaged but in most cases it's not the case. (if there is not physical damage. Those adaptor could last over a decade)
Note: Do not visit the Samsung's service center because they will tell you that your phone charging circuit is damaged and you need to replace it and it will not change anything and you will end up paying 1200+ rs and finally getting a new charging cable in most cases or a new adaptor for fixing the issue.
This post is based on my research and understanding. So, please let me know if there is any correction. Thanks!

Due to high temperature also sometimes it won't charge quickly
Try to cool down your phone > power off>than charge
If the charge happens quickly, there is no issue it's all about the environment
If still not, then we should do some experiments, but please now don't do any such other
