Be assured that below mentioned quick steps would resolve your issue:
1. Check physical condition of your camera lens e.g., Broken and Scratchy.
2. Make sure there is no lamination or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3. Reset camera settings: Tap Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
4. Clear cache of camera: Setting > Apps > Camera > storage > Clear Data and Cache.
If the issue remains unsolved, kindly share device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by using error report option via Samsung Member application. To share log file click on Samsung Members App > Feedback > Error Report

Tech Talk@ Samsung, kindly fix the issue and share an update. It is annoying as lot of apps like whatsapp, phonepe dont work anymore.
