Samsung doesn't give all features for M series as compared to A series, I know because of price cutting but we also pay for the phones so you need to give all features of A series to M series like :
Bixby voice assistant is not that good. I would personally prefer Google assistant (but it can be provided).
Bixby routines, should be provided.
Good Lock, should be provided.
Secure folder, If you have a M series device which does not have secure folder, then forget it. If Knox is not present, then no secure folder can be provided, and Knox cannot be provided via software updates because it needs Knox chip and TIMA which are a part of the hardware.
