Samsung doesn't give all features for M series as compared to A series, I know because of price cutting but we also pay for the phones so you need to give all features of A series to M series like : 

1) Bixby voice assistant .

2) Bixby routine .

3) Secure folder .

 4) Good lock app support ( with all modules) .

I know but no other brand gives lite version of their ui in their budget phone or changes the ui according to price

Samsung also gives lite versions to it's phones and samsung's lite UI is known as the core UI.

Xiaomi, oppo, vivo provides security but, only software based not hardware. But, samsung provides security both hardware and software to make to phones more secure like Apple.

Note: Features like good lock and secure folder needs hardware support to run.

Good lock doesn't need hardware except edge lighting and edge screen which interacts with the display.
