Samsung A71 calling issue

 i'm facing some calling issues in my samsung A71 from day 1. It has been two months now.whenever i receive/dial any phone call. The call remain connected but the sound did not reach the recipient and I'm also not able to listen what the other person on the call is speaking. The problem continues unless i restart the phone....i have to repeat the same many times a day ...really disappointed with samsung.  I feels like I wasted my money & my bad decision to go for Samsung this time.. I sent them query regarding this but did not get a single reply from Samsung care.

Better to escalate this ASAP as phone you have purchased is new now.
You can get replacement if issue is confirmed.

yes reinstall software via smart switch or service center after slove this problem

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I did the abome mentioned steps. I still have problem connecting to phone calls. It is very frustrating. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm also facing the same. I had reported this for several times. Let's hope they will find a solution. Please try to report it every time you face the same issue. So that ,it will be highlighted . 😔

I am facing the same issue from the day I purchased the A71. I put my sim card in another phone. The network works fine.
