When I was using Note 10 plus I tested quick measure app and it was working perfectly. After that samsung working hard and pushing many updates in order to make the app completely unusable. We'll done samsung

Don't know what happened to S23 ultra. But Quick measure app is perfectly working on my Galaxy S22 Plus and S23 Plus. Just uninstall it and install again then try it. Or try it at another place

Then better you wait for next update of quick measure app for your phone. May be in next update bugs will be removed. And also discuss with other S23 ultra users. Compare your phone with them. If they got the same problem or not?

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1: Clear App data, follow the steps: From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap ok. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.

2: Clear an app's cache, follow the steps: Navigate to Apps> navigate to and open settings> tap apps> View system apps> application > storage> Clear the cache.

3: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and then switch on and wait for a few minutes.

4: Update App if available. Update software: Menu>apps>settings>software update>install.

5: Reset app preferences: Setting >> Apps >> Three dots on the right top >> Reset app preferences.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
