S21 ULTRA Freeze,Crash & Restart 3rd post since Feb 2021

SINCE FEBRUARY 2021 THIS YEAR REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES ON MEMBERS APP , SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE, SERVICE CENTRE,EVEN DID FLASH SOFTWARE UPDATE FROM SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE LAST WEEK. MY S21 ULTRA EXYNOS 256 GB FREEZES AND RESTARTS AND AFTER RESTART IT HEATS UP LIKE ITS GONNA BLAST. I KEEP MY DEVICE AWAY FROM ME AS IT GETS STUCK UP AND RESTARTS OF ITS OWN AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN ITS GOING TO OCCUR. WHY THIS MANUFACTURE DEFECT OF A HARDWARE OF TRUE FLAGSHIP FROM SAMSUNG HAS TO SUFFERED BY ME. WHY DO I NEED TO GO TO SERVICE CENTRE WHEN I REPORTED THE ISSUE WHILE ON THE FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASE. 
I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD TO RESET MY DEVICE AND UPDATE IT AND GO TO SERVICE CENTRE WHICH I FOLLOWED. NOW IT'S YOUR TURN TO PROVIDE ME A REPLACEMENT AFTER ALL THE HARASSMENT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY OF MY PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG SHOP APP.

NO ONE IN THIS WORLD IS WILLING TO HAVE THEIR BRAND NEW DEVICE FOR A REPAIR OR EVEN OPEN UP AS THERE IS WATER TIGHTNESS AND A LOT OF FACTORS I JUST PAID A HEFTY LAKH RUPEES WHY WOULD I NEED MY NEW DEVICE ON A SERVICE CENTRE FOR ATLEAST 2 YEARS.

Surely will do this thanks for the support i really appreciate that. Because of being an old samsung user i have some faith left still will try to contact samsung. If they deny the. Will have to go through all the procedures...

I am certain that you will get a brand new box of SGS21U very soon. Fight until that.
Me too experienced a situation like this with SGNote8 3 years before.

Actually i am fed up and harassed of this issue. Our area has still lockdown and samsung pushes me to go to service centre all the time... Which i did and nothing helps why can't they simply mark it as a manufacturer defect i don't know. Why do they have to ruin their own reputation.

After a prolonged fight (direct with samsung) things come to my favour. The outcome evolved to a brand new SGNote9 as replacement for that faulty device. Which is still in use and in perfect condition.
Samsung have a head office at Delhi. From there they coordinated. Call samsung customer support number and register the complaint if not yet. You will receive a tracking id and after you can escalate the issue.
They have a replacement policy of 14 days. You specifically ask for brand new box replacement not for any service replacement. You are 100 percentage eligible for that.
Remember to collect the reports from the service centers you visited.

That is great thing to know atleast they came to some solution after such harassment for you.
I hope i get some relaxation and peace of mind afterall all these months i lost numerous times all my contacts and data and specifically all my gallery content and whatsapp data too

I learned, within 14days even you can return and have your money back incase you are not satisfied with this faulty product.
Not that easy, but fight until the results you want.
Actually Samsung is a Responsible Company.

Contact 1800407267864 tomorrow itself. Keep all documents ready when calling. Each service report have an identification / serial number. Must quoted. Also mail to: support.india@samsung.com
