Tech TalkJust wondering if anyone else has had any issues with their screen appearing to freeze up and the icons on it as well as items in the status bar flashing/jumping (for lack of a better expression). This has happened to my phone at least two times since I installed the update on January 15th. I've have to restart the phone both times. Called my service provider (Verizon), who hooked me up with tech support. The tech said that this had been reported by one other customer that updated their Samsung phone to Android 11. Recommendation was to reboot the phone into safe mode and then restart the phone again.
Sorry if this has already been covered, but I am new to this platform and was curious to see how many, if any other people had experienced this.

Tech TalkOpen samsuung members app >> click on get help >> Go to feedback section >> click on error reports >> choose your suitable category >> next choose your frequency and write all the problems you face elaborately >> send it with attaching the log report of your device
