Is there any harmful effect of ruining heavy apps on a decent processor like exynos 9611....????

No, its not harmful. If you put too heavy a task, it will heat and throttle down automatically to save itself.

No, it wont we harmful. If you do very heavy taks like playing heavy games like call of duty on high graphics, your phone will do something on its own to save the harmful effect and overheating.
