I have bought a new phone yesterday through flipkart. I checkf the phone warranty on samsung Digital Service Centre and it's reflecting the phone is under warranty till 31st December 2025. Furthermore, I have tried to register my new phone with samsung using samsung members application, however it's not allowing me to register and prompting that the device is already registered. Can someone help me understand if I have received an already activated product?

I have contacted flipkart and they are stating that I need to get this in written from samsung that the phone was pre-activated. If samsung provide the conformation that the phone was pre-activated then only they can take any action. Please suggest, how can I get this conformation in written?
