Don't worry, just do nothing n post nothing for a couple of days.
Everything would come back to normal once the bots understand u r a person instead of spam profiles. (Read my other comment on ur same looking previous post)

So stay still for 7 days. It'll get better.

The issue is that normally posts without links work
Posts with links fail
Even comments same as you can see
If i post a link here it's deleted
This issue is there since like 5 weeks for me
I tried and did not post anything for 1 week but it still fails.

Bud which last 1 week r u talking about?, u posted left n right last week then changed usernames multiple times. That's enough to get flagged in normal socia media like IG, fb etc
Some social media has certain profile blockers/flaggers, which monitor a person's profile usage in the platform, in same way this platforms mightve spotted something fishy abt u, that's why I said just wait a couple of days n post 1or2 post/day when everything is okay.
