I had bought samsung M31 on 13th August 2020 from Amazon app. I am using this phone for 13 months but for a last 3 days I am facing issue in my phone like freezing and automatic reboot. When I visited samsung authorized customer care today(11/09/2021) . Service request Number: 4332027052. They said its because of motherboard fault. Since one year warranty was over, change of motherboard will cost 7950 ₹. This is manufacturer fault so why I have to pay 7950₹ for your fault. What's use of samsung phone when it's won't even last for 1.5 years. So give me a refund or take back the faulty phone and give me my money. Please look at this matter since many samsung M and A series phone user are facing the same issue.
