Samsung Health never reminds me to take my medicines. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting app cache and then uninstalled the entire app itself, still the issue persists.

Earlier the notifications used to get auto snoozed within half a second. Now the notifications don't come at all, despite setting the reminder setting to Strong.

I've missed my medicines countless number of times due to this stupid glitch that Samsung doesn't bother to fix.

I migrated from MyTherapy app to this, guess I've to go back to that app.

Countless other bugs such as Vo-WiFi getting turned off every now and then, AoD turning off, high refresh rate turning off, phone staying on 4G connection despite 5G signal availability etc., still persist (on One UI 6).

If you can't deliver on something don't bring it in the first place. I'm beginning to feel extremely frustrated now due to the lack of commitment to fix software bugs from Samsung's end.

Samsung health always reminds me to take my medicines on time. I love this feature. Very useful and better than to install 3rd party app.

It works for a few days, then suddenly stops reminding me altogether. Don't know why this happens.

That's why customer care support on this app asked me to send log file on encountering this bug. I've sent it long back, nothing happened.

Does your phone vibrate when the reminder is playing? I've set the phone to vibrate while it's playing the reminder, yet it doesn't vibrate. 1740411530783.jpg

● Reproduction of issue on the watch > Samsung Health Monitor Apps on mobile > More menu > Contact us > Error reports > Check "Send system log data" > Send.

Note: Log data should be obtained immediately after reproducing the issue.
