M30s calling issues/problems

Hi all am facing issues while answering the call. After the recent update am unable to answer or make a call at times. I am forced to restart the mobile as I found it's the only way..

Here I was not able to answer the call...it happened more than 20 times as per my observation...#samsungm30s please fix this

In the above screenshot  there is no call timer...ideally the timer begin once you answer the call but here there is no such timer and once I restart the phone, i am able to answer the call and its showing the timer aswell.
