I feel the camera app need some improvement in features, the device has 48MP camera but still get noise while taking pictures with zoom.

Also issues with low light photography. The same 48MP in other phones capture good details

Noise is common for all cameras that use digital zoom. Reason for unsatisfied pictures issue is due to very small pixel size 0.8. Only option as of now is camera App optimization hope Samsung will fix in future update.

Not just zoom, if you take a normal photo without zooming and then also Pixelation is happening when you zoom in the picture

Yes, to get rid of it use actual 12 MP by changing to 4:3 without 48 MP.

That is equal to any normal phones, the problem is even though we have 48 MP cam, it was not utilized properly

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Turn off the Shutter sound.
Navigate to and open the Camera app, and then tap the Settings icon. Swipe to and tap the switch next to Shutter sound to disable it.

Use the Volume Down key.
If you do not have the Shutter sound option, you can turn down your phone's System volume. To do this, press the Volume down key while on your phone's Home screen, and then tap the downward arrow to open more volume settings. Use the slider to turn down the System volume. You will not be able to hear the shutter if the System volume is all the way down.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions).

But the issue I have posted is not related to Shutter sound. PLEASE UPDATE THE CAMERA APP!!!
